📦 When will my order arrive (especially to Poland)?
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the destination, but since we ship mostly to Poland, most customers can expect delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch (typical EU timeframe). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow the parcel.
🌍 Do you ship to countries outside Poland?
Yes. We ship within Latvia and to selected European countries. Available shipping options will automatically appear at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
🔍 How do I track my order?
When your parcel is handed over to the courier, we’ll email you a tracking link/number (when available). Tracking updates come from the courier and may take a short time to show after dispatch.
💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments, including Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed using encrypted security measures to help protect your data.
⏳ My order is delayed—what should I do?
Delays can happen during holidays, peak shipping periods, weather disruptions, or courier backlogs. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, email us your order number and we’ll check the latest status for you.
🧳 How do I choose the right laptop bag size?
Check your laptop screen size (e.g., 13" / 14" / 15.6" / 17") and compare it with the product description. If your laptop is in a hard case, add a little extra room. If you’re unsure, message us with your laptop model and we’ll help you choose.
🎒 Do the bags have space for chargers and accessories?
Most of our laptop bags include dedicated compartments for chargers, cables, notebooks, and small essentials. Exact pocket layout is listed on each product page.
🔁 Can I return my purchase?
Yes. Returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can approve and provide instructions.
❗ What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the case and availability.
